Scalemission is an employee recognition and performance platform built on the research insight that peer recognition directly drives measurable improvements in retention and output. PLECCO was engaged to design and develop the core platform from concept to launch.
The Challenge
The Scalemission founders had validated the concept through consulting but needed a technical platform to productize their methodology — something organizations could self-serve without a consultant in the room. The platform needed to handle multi-tenant company accounts, peer nomination flows, recognition feeds, and reporting dashboards.
The Solution
PLECCO architected and built the Scalemission SaaS platform: a React-based frontend, Node.js API, PostgreSQL database, and a multi-tenant company administration system. Key features include real-time recognition feeds, manager dashboards, and integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Results
Scalemission launched as a commercial SaaS product, onboarding their first enterprise customers and demonstrating measurable improvements in team engagement scores within 90 days of deployment.
