MadameDope Eyewear is an independent fashion eyewear brand looking to expand their direct-to-consumer e-commerce presence. PLECCO was brought in to build a custom e-commerce platform that would match the brand’s aesthetic while delivering a seamless shopping experience.
The Challenge
The client had an existing WooCommerce setup that couldn’t handle their growing product catalog, lacked brand customization, and had checkout conversion issues. They needed a rebuilt platform that could handle inventory management, multiple product variants, and promotional campaigns.
The Solution
We rebuilt the MadameDope e-commerce platform on a custom WooCommerce foundation with a fully bespoke theme, advanced product filtering, and a streamlined one-page checkout. We also integrated their inventory management workflow and set up automated marketing email sequences.
Results
The new platform launched with measurable improvements in page speed, cart abandonment rates, and overall conversion — enabling MadameDope to scale their online sales channel.
