Scalemission is an employee recognition and performance platform built on the research insight that peer recognition directly drives measurable improvements in retention and output. PLECCO was engaged to design and develop the core platform from concept to launch.

The Challenge

The Scalemission founders had validated the concept through consulting but needed a technical platform to productize their methodology — something organizations could self-serve without a consultant in the room. The platform needed to handle multi-tenant company accounts, peer nomination flows, recognition feeds, and reporting dashboards.

The Solution

PLECCO architected and built the Scalemission SaaS platform: a React-based frontend, Node.js API, PostgreSQL database, and a multi-tenant company administration system. Key features include real-time recognition feeds, manager dashboards, and integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams.

Results

Scalemission launched as a commercial SaaS product, onboarding their first enterprise customers and demonstrating measurable improvements in team engagement scores within 90 days of deployment.

Building PowerTribe Community

PowerTribe Community is a women’s leadership platform designed to connect, mentor, and advance women in professional environments. PLECCO was engaged to design and develop the full web platform from concept to launch.

The Challenge

The client needed a community platform that could handle member profiles, mentorship matching, event management, content publishing, and group discussions — all within a cohesive, branded experience that would resonate with a professional female audience.

The Solution

We designed and built a custom WordPress-based community platform with BuddyPress integration, custom mentorship matching logic, and a fully responsive mobile-first design. The platform includes member directories, private messaging, event calendars, and curated content feeds.

Results

PowerTribe launched successfully and built an active community of professional women using the platform for networking, mentorship connections, and professional development resources.
